Leads teams of 6+ full-stack developers and business analysts to manage the complete lifecycle for internal enterprise applications and public facing websites. Leads cross-functional teams of 10+ as needed. Responsible for long-term strategic planning, resourcing and program status reporting to executives.
- Led complete digital transformation of ConstantView, the corporate contract and program management system. Transformed the application from an unmanageable legacy SharePoint platform to a scalable Azure cloud based solution with a mobile UI, while also meeting challenging FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust security requirements.
- Implemented AI resume analyzer, for matching candidates to positions within a new subcontract staffing portal.
- Led development of new finance dashboards, contract deliverables system, purchase and travel authorization workflows.
- Built a self-sufficient development team to execute the transformation, by upskilling the entire internal technical team from SharePoint designers into proficient full-stack developers (Angular, .NET, SQL) and creating a culture of coaching and mentoring to end dependence on external contractors. Managed the team within a shared services model.
- Led the enterprise in the early adoption of AI and agile methodologies for software development. Early adoption of Generative AI into the SDLC to accelerate development. Acted as champion and trainer to other teams on AI and agile.
